Director A L Vijay has completed Thaandavam starring Vikram, Anushka and Amy Jackson.
A major portion of the movie was shot in London and the movie produced by UTV Motion Pictures is all set for release this September.
Says A L Vijay, ‘ Thaandavam is about a man's rage over being betrayed for selfish gains by many. It has a beautiful love story that runs parallel.
The film will be be an unusual saga of revenge with four intertwined plots that will showcase four phases of the protagonist's life’.
On Vikram’s character, he says, ‘Vikram plays an intense role.
This is one of my most exciting films because the scale is huge. I am thankful to Dhananjayan of UTV for being such a support.’
Though it's an action-packed film, the director says he enjoyed shooting the romantic scenes as much.
‘Anushka plays Vikram's wife in the film. How they meet, fall in love and get married is wonderful.’
