Vijay recently arranged a special function for his charity organization, Makkal Iyakkam. He presented gold rings and chains for his office bearers of Makkal Iyakkam who done a good welfare efforts to the people.

Vijay thanked his fans for their excellent jobs on behalf of his name and continue the same to the society to their possibility level. He also gave some advice to his fans.

"But at the same time, family should come first to you always. Only after taking care of the family well, you should think of doing well to others. This is my humble request to all my fans," he said.

The fans were very much excited with his presence and hope they will follow his advice. Vijay’s father SA Chandrasekhar also present in the event.
