Bubbly actress Hansika, who is busy with as many projects in her kitty, has now signed director Venkat Prabhu to share Biriyani with Karthi.


The long elusive hunt for a heroine to share Biriyani with Karthi is over. Venkat Prabhu has signed Hansika to be paired opposite Karthi in this fun entertainer which is produced by Studio Green.

With this film, Hansika has become the busiest and the numero uno heroine in Tamil cinema, who is doing a record seven films. 

Confirming her newly signed projects Hansika tweeted,

“Wow! I don't I need2break D news ny more:)yes I'm very much confirming d news, i hv signed sundarC's sir movie Theeya velai seiyyanum kumar And mr.venkat prabhu sir's Biriyani .. Supa 2013 is gona be an entertaining year for u and me ;) cheers.”

As kollyinsider reported viewers earlier, director Venkat Prabhu is in search of female lead for Karthi from a long time, Richa Gangopadhyay, Diana Penty, Anushka are few to name. Yuvan Shankar raja will be composing music and bgm for Biriyani that will also cast Prasanna and Premgi Amaren in the vital roles.
