Thuppakki title case postponed to Oct 5 by a Chennai civil court.
All eyes were on a city civil court in Chennai today., The verdict of the title row for Thuppaki was to be delivered.
Logiyas, the producer of a movie titled Kallathuppaki had filed a petition seeking a stay on the title Thuppaki granted to a Vijay starrer, directed by A R Murugadoss.
The Vijay starrer is almost completed and awaits clearance for the title from court.
When the matter came up for hearing today, arguments were heard and the case was postponed to Friday. The case has been getting pushed, which has dampened the spirits of Vijay fans.
There has been rumors that producer Kalaipuli Thanu and director AR Murgadoss has been toying with the idea of change in title. The titles tossed around were Saravedi and Mumbai Thamizhan, though there is nothing official about it.
