November 16, 2011 Dhanush's 3 song 'Why this Kolaveri Di' composed by Anirudh got 'leaked' on the net.

Sony Music never explained how it got leaked but was all smiles as the video became viral and went on to garner 64 million hits!

On November 16, 2012 Dhanush tweeted: " One year of Kolaveri ! It all looks very unreal now, thanks guys for making it possible. Let us celebrate the Kolaveri day!"

Dhanush also tweeted: " I also would like to thank the press , media and the celeb tweets for their support. There is no easy way to thank the 60 million odd viewers."
