Ilayathalapthy Vijay is making his Malayalam debut with Jilla under debutant Nesan's direction. Jilla will be a Tamil-Malayalam bilingual which will also have Malayalam star Mohan Lal in a prominent role .

As today is the last day of Thalaivaa Shoot in Mumbai , Vijay meets his fans at Kamalistan Studios after the shoot. Whole Thalaivaa team will be reaching chennai tomorrow afternoon.

As per reports, a formal pooja of Jilla will be held on March 11th (Monday). D.Imman will compose the tunes and Santhanam, Mahat Raghavendra will play the prominent roles.

Vijay is busy shooting Thalaivaa under A.L.Vijay's direction.Amala Paul is playing the female lead in the movie and Yuvan Shankar Raja is composing the tunes. Thalaivaa completes its 70% shoot and crew will leave to Australia followed by Spain for its next schedule. Thalaivaa is one of the anticipated movies of 2013 and producers are planning to release Thalaivaa by the end of May.
