The tall and handsome hero of K-town, Vishal, recently turned producer and set up his production venture Vishal Film Factory. The first film to be churned out under his banner is going to be his own film.

The film will have Vishal and Lakshmi Menon in the lead, and will be directed by Suseenthiran of 'Vennila Kabadi Kuzhu' and 'Naan Mahaan Alla' fame.

The movie has been tentatively titled as "Pandianadu". Pandianadu shooting will commence from May 14 in Madurai and the film is touted to be a revenge story. The movie will have tunes composed by D.Imman. Although the first one from VFF has the actor-proprietor himself in the lead, Vishal has confirmed that the banner will produce other actors' films as well.

Vishal is busy shooting for Sundar C’s movies. He is playing a vital cameo role in "Theeya Velai Seiyyanum Kumaru" which has Siddharth, Hansika and Santhanam in the lead roles. Vishal’s another film Madha Gaja Raja directed by Sundar C is completing its postproduction works. He is also playing the lead role in Pattathu Yaanai which has Aishwarya Arjun as female lead and Boopathy Pandian is wielding the megaphone.
