Gautham Karthik starts shooting for his third film after Kadal from today (May 23). He starts the shoot of Nandini Reddy's Ala Modalandi Tamil version for Raviprasad Productions, directed by Ravi Thyagarajan.
The untitled film has Rakul Preet Singh of Puthagam fame as heroine with music by D Imman. Gopi Jagadeeswaran is the cinematographer, while Vishwaroopam fame Lalgudi N Illayaraja is the art director.

Gautham has just completed the first schedule of his second film Sippai directed by Saravanan with Lakshmi Menon as heroine. Telugu producer GVG Raju produces the film and Yuvan Shankar Raja provides the music.

The young actor had tweeted – "And that’s a wrap! Sippai first schedule done, what a blast! Looking forward to starting second schedule soon."
