After a long hiatus, we have some news on ace director Bharathiraja’s comeback project ‘Annakodi’. The film, which was earlier titled ‘Annakodiyum Kodiveeranum’, later let go of Kodiveeran, to make the title enunciating.

The movie stars Lakshman Narayan, Karthika Nair and Manoj Bharathiraja; music album of this movie was composed by GV Prakash, which was released early this year and received critical acclaim. Due to various problems, the film could not make it to the big screen all these days. But the wait has finally come to an end, with the movie clearing a U/A certificate at the Censor Board. The team is actively involved in the post production procedures, and is preparing for a July release.
