After all songs of Biriyani were illegally leaked online, Studio Green the producers of the film has decided to have a soft official launch tomorrow (Aug 21).

Earlier they had big plans to launch it on Yuvan's birthday on July 31, as Biriyani is his 100th film.

And the Biriyani team went and met the CBCID officials in the city and formally launched a complaint. Says Venkat Prabhu : " Our complaint is against piracy. It was not just one song, but the entire album was leaked online."

Biriyani album will now be officially launched straight to the stores on Wednesday (Aug 21) by Sony Music.
