Thanga Meengal is complete and ready to hit the theaters finally. The movie is directed by Ram, who helmed Katradhu Thamizh prior to this. Ahead of the movie's release, the team conducted a special screening for the press and some of the people in the media fraternity.

The film has already received a lot of critical acclamation among the people in the press and a few other directors. Director Balaji Shakthivel appears to have been impressed by the movie and has expressed his views on the same.
