Abi & Abi Pictures owns the theatrical rights of Pizza 2: Villa, who has earlier bought the rights of Shaam starred 6 and CS Amudhan's Rendevathu Padam.

Pizza 2: Villa is the upcoming Tamil horror film directed by Deepan Cakravarthy and casts Ashok Selvan and Sanchita Shetty in the lead roles. Pizza 2: Villa is the joint production of CV Kumar and Studio Greens banner that will be distributed by Abinesh Elangovan across Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Goa.

Santosh Narayan has composed the mesmerizing scores for Pizza 2: Villa with the latest Dolby Atmos technology. Viewers have to wait a little to know whether Pizza 2: Villa manages to beat out Pizza's success, while producers are yet to reveal the release date of the film.
