Trisha - an effortlessly cool actress

Trisha
Trisha has this addictive charm about her and has always remained one of the few "effortlessly cool" actresses around.

She has never been a girl who'll mince her words and try to be politically correct. She's not the one who is self-obsessed or seen insecure or worried about what she'll wear on the red carpet!

Yes, Trisha is different. She has made a distinct mark for herself in South Indian cinema and is probably the last of the superstar actresses in tinsel town.

This year she has reached another high by bagging an award for "10 years of excellence in South Indian cinema" and being honoured at the South Indian International Movie Awards (SIIMA) in Dubai.

Her popularity among her fans and filmy folks is undefeatable. All her co-stars love her to death. Credit must go to the buddy vibes she emits.

And at the centenary year of Indian cinema in Chennai, she was the chosen one to bring the traditional kuthuvilakku for the bigwigs including the President of India, but also bagged an award from Chief Minister Jayalalithaa towards her contribution to cinema.

The future seems to look bright for Trisha with two films getting ready for release and two more in her kitty.
