What’s in a name, they say. But Shruti Haasan is very particular about it, as the actress-singer-musician has urged people to spell her name right.

“Ugh I really wish people would spell my name right its SHRUTI HAASAN not shriti ,Strudhi ,surudhi,shroothy,hassan or the sruthi Hussain,” posted the ‘Puli’ and ‘Vedalam’ heroine on her online page.

In the meantime, Shruti, who stayed away from diet and exercise for some time, is at it again. Updating about this, she wrote: “It’s time to work out – diet – suffer – goodbye yummy food – just got my boarding pass back to healthy hell ”

At present, Shruti is busy with a bunch of movies in Tamil, Hindi and Telugu. Also, she is buzzed to be the heroine of the Telugu version of ‘Thani Oruvan’, which would have Ram Charan in the lead role. In Tamil, she is part of ‘Singam 3′ with Suriya.
