On the popular reality show, Bigg Boss Tamil season 4, which is hosted by Kamal Haasan, Samyuktha become the fifth contestant to get evicted from Bigg Boss House.

In the beginning of the week, housemates picked Aari, Bala, Somshekhar, Jithan Ramesh, Anitha, Sanam Shetty and Nisha for this week's elimination. Anitha, who won the nomination topple card escaped from the nomination by replacing her with Samyuktha Karthik.

Kamal Haasan on Saturday (November 28) revealed that Aari and Bala are safe from eviction this week. In today's episode Kamal hinted that Jithan Ramesh, Nisha and Samyuktha got the least number of votes and the last 2 places scored more than 4.73 crore votes each, with difference of 26,649 votes between last two places.

With much of usual suspense, between Ramesh and Samyuktha, Kamal showed the elimination card with Samyuktha's name. It was widely expected that Ramesh will be eliminated this week, however on a very little vote difference he got saved from this week's elimination.

Reports suggest that Jithan Ramesh’s fans and supporters have been giving more missed calls since Friday morning following the news that Ramesh received fewer votes and likely to be evicted. This could have played a major twist in the elimination this week with Ramesh got more votes than Samyuktha and saved from the eviction by a very close margin.

Samyuktha is one of the contestants in Bigg Boss Tamil 4. The model received the support of of fans in the initial phase of the show. She created her own fan base for conducting herself in a certain way in the house. In the last few days she has been heavily criticised for shaming Aari. Bigg Boss Tamil fans criticised her for unnecessarily using harsh words against Aari.

When talking to Kamal in the show, Samyuktha shared that she earned lot of friends for life during her stay inside the house and she will be missing the housemates. She mentioned all the housemates that she will miss but Aari, Sanam and Anitha. She is back home with her family. Viewers and Samyuktha supporters were surprised by her eviction as most audience expected either Ramesh or Nisha for this week's elimination.
