'8 Thottakal' fame director Sri Ganesh teamed up with Atharvaa for a film titled 'Kuruthi Aattam'. The first look of the film was released on Tuesday and now the makers released the teaser video of the film.

The teaser suggests 'Kuruthi Aattam' is an action-packed gansgter story set in Madurai. Atharvaa will be seen as an Ajith fan in the film, and it will be packed with more action.

The film has Priya Bhavani Shankar as the female lead, with Radha Ravi, Radhika and baby Divyadarshini in important roles.

Director Sri Ganesh, in an interview to portal says “Betrayal is an important emotion in the film and we wanted to showcase its significance to the story in the first look itself. We’ve also made sure that the rest of the key characters are portrayed as a sketch in the backdrop.”

The film predominantly revolves "around a sweet friendship Atharvaa's character shares with a little girl.", he added.

Produced by Rock Fort Entertainment's T Muruganantham, the film has cinematography by Dinesh Purushothaman and editing by Anil Krish. Yuvan Shankar Raja has scored the music.
