Shedding light on the film's story, he says, "Four different persons are interrogated in a same case. The film starts with the Police Inspector's angle and will proceed when every one of them tell their own view. I have made certain experiments."

Expressing gratitude to producers Lingusamy and Subash Chandra Bose, Balaji Sakthivel says, "They understood very well my idea to show things in a different manner and gave me a free hand. Only because of them the film has become possible."

The movie which has newcomers Sri, Urmila, Mithun Murali, Manisha Yadav, Muthuraman and Chinnasamy in crucial roles, was shot using a still camera by cinematographer Vijay Milton. Music is by Prasanna, an IIT pass out, who composed music for the Oscar winning 'Smile Pinky'.
