Actor Karthi is currently busy with the climax schedule of his forthcoming film ‘Saguni’, touted as a political drama. The film casts Praneetha as the leading lady.


Karthi shifted from Chalakudy to Hyderabad for the climax shoot of film Saguni after wrapping up the shooting for his untitled film directed by Suraj. Karthi will be seen as Kannan who shifts from small town to a big city and get corrupted by the system in the film. Saguni is planned to be released in both Tamil and Telugu by the end of January 2012.

In the mean time, Karthi attended the audio release of ‘Bodyguard’ movie starring Venkatesh and Trisha which is remake of Vijay’s Kaavalan. The young actor who enjoys a good fan base in Tollywood has garnered everyone’s attention including Bodyguard unit members.
