STR aka Silambarasan's Vaalu movie first look posters has been released.
This upcoming comedy film which is directed by Vijay Chandar and produced by S. S. Chakravarthy will have Silambarasan, Hansika Motwani and Santhanam in the lead roles.
Music composition for this film is handled by S. Thaman.
The makers of this film are eyeing for a Diwali release and the shooting for this film will begin from tomorrow.
In Detail
"Vaalu" will be the next STR movie going in to production and the shooting will start from today. The movie is produced by NIC Arts, directed by debutante Vijay Chandar, music will be by Thaman and editing by TS Suresh. STR's lead pair will be Hansika. The movie carries a tag line "Life is what U make it".
What has come as a surprise to the industry is that the first look poster confidently announcing the release date to be on Diwali. If STR can pull this almost impossible act of completing the movie from start to finish in 4 months, Vaalu is expected to clash against Kochadaiyaan, also expected to release on Diwali. We can expect Vaalu to be a super quickie that will probably release ahead of "Poda Podi", "Vettai Mannan".
