Veterans Nasser and Revathy, along with 23 new faces, are playing crucial roles in ‘Konjam Koffee Konjam Kadhal’, a film directed by Venky, who runs a theatre group.

'Konjam Koffee Konjam Kaadhal' takes pride in introducing 23 new faces to the Tamil screen, including the lead pair and also a few technicians.

Says Venki, Director of the film, "The male lead is played by Hriday who had a lucky start to his career when he debuted as a child artiste in veteran director Mani Ratnam's 'Bombay' where he along with his twin brother played the sons of Arvind Swamy and Manisha Koirala. The female lead is Aditi Chengappa, an actor and model from Delhi. The other introductions play various supporting roles in the film."

This is Venky's debut feature film backed by his rich and valuable experience gleaned from 30 years in media, as an adfilm and documentary film maker and in television as Head of Vijay TV. Venky, who has profound respect for the Tamil Cinema tradition says that this movie has the story element of Bhimsingh, characterization of Balachander and the narrative style of Mani Ratnam.
